Founder
Phil is a Marine Corps veteran turned full-time real estate investor. After serving nearly 4 years in the Marines and spending 4.5 years as a software engineer, he went all-in on real estate in 2021.
Since then, he’s helped over 160 families — including 80+ home renovations. Phil’s mission is simple: help homeowners in tough situations get a fair deal and move forward with their lives.
When he’s not buying houses, Phil coaches other students through his communities, teaching them how to build wealth through real estate.
Operations
Victor manages property operations and Airbnb management across all Pink Elephant entities. He’s Phil’s brother and most trusted partner.
He keeps the rental and short-term portfolio running day to day, from guest experience to upkeep, so the properties stay in the condition we’d want to live in ourselves.
General Contractor
Eddy is the general contractor on every project we take on. He runs the crews and the schedule, handling framing, drywall and paint, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring and roofing, and he sequences the trades so the work happens in the right order instead of crews tripping over each other. He walks each job, prices the scope, pulls what he needs for permits and inspections, and holds the finish quality to the standard we put our name on. When a renovation lands on time and on budget, that’s Eddy.

Curtis co-founded Dankos, Gordon & Tucker in 1986 and has been closing Richmond real estate deals ever since.
